Office Manager – Sheffield

Long-established property business | Fantastic culture | Proactive, people-focused role

Overview

Ardeta Search are delighted to be partnering with a long-established, highly respected Sheffield property business operating across a variety of sectors. The company has a fantastic reputation, a friendly and supportive culture, and a leadership team that genuinely values organised, proactive people who keep the business running smoothly.

With continued growth across lettings, management, investment and development, we’re now seeking an Office Manager who can bring structure, energy and a can-do attitude to a busy, fast-moving environment.

This is an ideal step-up role for someone from an office admin or business support background who wants more responsibility, more variety, and a role where they can genuinely make an impact.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on position combining office management, administration, accounts support and general business coordination. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving — supporting senior leadership, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
