Office Manager Opportunity
An exciting Office Manager opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive and resourceful Office Manager to join a thriving creative business. This varied role combines office management, operational coordination and executive support, working closely with senior leadership and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of a busy creative entertainment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, facilities, suppliers, equipment and security.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries, with flexibility to travel when required.
- Operations & Projects: Maintain Monday.com, track deadlines and provide operational support across multiple projects.
- Executive Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Operating Officer, including diary management, scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Systems & Administration: Manage platforms, digital asset management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team Culture & Events: Coordinate team gatherings, internal activities and initiatives that support a positive working environment.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office management, studio management, operations coordination or a personal assistant role.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience working in a creative environment is desirable, with knowledge of archives an advantage.
- We are looking for a dependable, discreet and adaptable individual who enjoys bringing structure to a varied workload and thrives in a collaborative creative environment.

Location
This is a fully office-based role in London, five days per week.
