Corporate Office Manager

Location: Mayfair

Salary: £55k - £60k

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Full Time

We're on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Office Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for employees, visitors, and senior stakeholders alike. This is a highly visible role where you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional workplace experience while overseeing facilities, health & safety, suppliers, and office operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office
  • Supporting senior stakeholders with meetings and events (ensuring the meeting rooms are ready, drinks and food are ready, etc.)
  • Managing supplier relationships, contracts, and service delivery
  • Liaising with landlords and external service providers
  • Organising corporate events, hospitality, and client functions
  • Managing office budgets, purchases, and facilities expenditure
  • Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
  • Ensuring health & safety, business continuity, and workplace compliance standards are maintained

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Previous Corporate Office Management experience, ideally within a financial environment
  • Experience managing premium corporate office environments
  • Strong supplier, contractor, and landlord management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Health & Safety compliance knowledge
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
  • A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
