About Islandbridge
Islandbridge is a purpose-driven investment firm and multi-family office supporting exceptional families, entrepreneurs, and business builders who seek to align capital with long-term objectives and values. The firm operates in a high-trust environment with a focus on clarity of thinking, disciplined execution, and a consistently high standard of client experience.
We're a boutique, founder-led firm, which means you'll work closely with senior leaders and see the direct impact of your work from day one. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and fast-moving, and we value people who take initiative, own their work, and make things happen.
Role Overview
Reporting to our COO, this role splits between running a professional office covering front of house and facilities and taking on operational projects to support the leadership team, giving you direct exposure to how a multi-family office runs.
We're looking for someone who combines a proactive attitude and thrives in a hands-on role, moving between the practical tasks that keep the office running and improving how the firm operates. You'll be embedded in a close-knit team, with the opportunity to shape your own role as you grow into it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
