Office Manager (3-Month Temp)
Central London
Monday-Friday | Office Based
£25 per hour

A leading creative agency in the heart of London is looking for an experienced and immediately available Office Manager to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a varied, hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy London office. You will also be supporting international offices with workplace operations, facilities, security, health & safety, office projects, and employee events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the London office.
  • Oversee facilities, suppliers, budgets, and workplace services.
  • Support office fit-outs, refurbishments, moves, and workspace planning.
  • Ensure health & safety and security standards are maintained.
  • Partner with HR on wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate corporate, social, and charity events.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on workplace improvements.
  • Support and guide front-of-house operations.

About You

  • Proven Office Management experience.
  • Must be immediately available.
  • Must have agency, or creative company experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and workplace projects.
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and workplace best practice.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to hit the ground running.
  • Experience managing office moves or fit-outs is highly desirable.
