Office Manager & Executive Assistant | £45,000–£55,000 | London Central
4 Days in Office
This is a great role for someone who wants to work somewhere with real energy, personality, and purpose.
I am recruiting for a successful, independent agency in London. They are a team of around 27 people with a clear purpose. They are passionate about the work they do and have built a culture that is warm, vibrant, collaborative, and genuinely fun. They work hard, have high standards, but don't take themselves too seriously.
They are now looking for an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to become a really important part of that culture and, quite simply, the person who helps keep everything together.
This is a broad role combining Office Management, Executive Support, and Team Support, working closely with an exceptionally warm, high-energy Founder & CEO and the wider management team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We need someone who notices things. Someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it. Someone who stays one step ahead, remembers the detail everyone else has forgotten, and takes real pride in making things work.
One minute you could be coordinating a management meeting, organizing travel, or keeping actions moving; the next you could be supporting recruitment and onboarding, organizing a team event, dealing with a supplier, or making sure the office hasn't run out of milk.
Nothing is beneath you. The small things matter just as much as the big things!
You will thrive in a fast-paced sector, have a warm, positive persona, and be exceptionally organized. You will have brilliant attention to detail, be a natural completer-finisher, and be able to change direction quickly without getting flustered.

You will also have a good sense of humor. This is a business with personality, where having fun at work is genuinely part of the culture, including the occasional bit of silliness and Cake Wednesday.
There is plenty of scope to make the role your own, take on more responsibility, get involved in projects, and develop as the agency continues to grow.
Applicants will have experience in a similar role, office management with team coordinator or PA duties. Experience within an agency, consultancy, creative business, or smaller entrepreneurial environment would be particularly interesting.
If you are the person people rely on because you just get things done, we would really like to hear from you!
