THE ROLE

Tug is a fast-growing independent digital performance marketing agency with offices in London, Toronto, Sydney, and beyond. We work with some of the world's most ambitious brands, and our London office is the heartbeat of the business.
We're looking for an Office Manager and PA to join us — someone who takes real pride in making a workplace hum. This is a role where your fingerprints are on everything: the energy in the room, the smoothness of the CEO's diary, the quality of the agency lunch, and yes, the wellbeing of our office plants. If you like variety, responsibility, and being the person everyone relies on, this is it.
You'll be part office host, part logistics expert, part executive support — and you'll have the autonomy to own your patch completely. No two days look the same, and that's the point.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Office Management

  • Own the London office — making it a place people genuinely want to come to every day.
  • Keep meeting rooms tidy, tech working, and ready for whatever the day throws at them.
  • Greet guests and clients, making sure their first impression of Tug is a great one.
  • Plan and run Tug's monthly and weekly team socials — from casual drinks to bigger agency moments.
  • Order agency lunches and keep the kitchen stocked with the good stuff.
  • Manage office supplies and grocery orders so the team always has what they need.
  • Answer phones and handle front-of-house queries with warmth and efficiency.
  • Liaise with building management, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Keep the plants alive (genuinely important — we have a lot of them).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

PA Support

  • Manage the CEO's diary — scheduling meetings, protecting focus time, and keeping things moving.
  • Set up internal and external meetings, handling logistics and prep.
  • Prepare the monthly board pack for the CEO — pulling together materials, formatting, and making sure everything lands on time.
  • Book travel for the CEO, including flights, hotels, and itineraries across London and internationally.
  • Provide light PA support to the MD as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc research and administrative tasks for senior leadership.

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years of experience in a PA, office management, team assistant, or similar role.
  • Genuinely organised — you're the person who notices what needs doing before being asked.
  • A warm, confident communicator who's comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and external guests.
  • Calm under pressure and good at juggling competing priorities without dropping anything.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused — you'd rather fix a problem than wait for someone to tell you how.
  • Comfortable with the basics: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and picking up new tools quickly.
  • Excited by the idea of working in a creative, fast-paced agency environment.
  • Someone who takes real pride in the details — because you know the details matter.
