Part Time Contract – 3/4 Days Per Week 6 Month Contract £26 Per Hour

Enso Recruitment is working with an international technology-led organisation to recruit an experienced Office Manager for its Belfast team.

This is a hands-on, part-time role focused on keeping a busy delivery team organised, coordinated and running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, internal team members and external partners, helping to manage schedules, meetings, actions, reporting and day-to-day administrative processes.

The role would suit an experienced Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator who is confident working independently and comfortable bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.

  • Coordinating meetings, calendars and key delivery dates
  • Tracking outstanding actions and following up with stakeholders
  • Supporting communication between internal teams, customers and external partners
  • Coordinating weekly status updates and reporting
  • Maintaining clear administrative records and documentation
  • Establishing simple, repeatable processes for task tracking, meetings and reporting
  • Helping ensure deadlines, commitments and priorities remain visible and on track

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong diary, calendar and meeting coordination experience
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • The ability to proactively chase updates and keep actions moving
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
  • Experience within a project, technology or professional services environment would be advantageous
