Part-Time Office & Finance Manager

A-Frame is a leading global talent management agency representing some of the world's most influential creatives across fashion, beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Office & Finance Manager in our London Office 3 Days Per Week (Mon, Tues, Thurs - 24 hours a week) to lead our administrative and financial operations. This pivotal role combines office management with comprehensive financial oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining rigorous compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be energized by managing diverse responsibilities, from overseeing accounting functions to streamlining office processes, all while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational success through expert financial management and exceptional office leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and improve our systems and processes
  • Keep job files and client records accurate and up to date
  • Follow up on overdue accounts, outstanding payments, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain Red List updates for the weekly finance meeting
  • Order and maintain office supplies for the team
  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks
  • Prepare and send customer invoices in QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable and reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
  • Communicate with customers as needed and keep information moving between the office and the team

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of office management experience
  • Strong QuickBooks, Finance, Office 365, and Google suite skills
  • Strong customer communication skills and close attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Discreet with confidential information

IN PERSON work Location 3 days a week: Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NS

Pay

£20,000 - £22,000 DOE
