Company Description
Pallas Capital is a leading non-bank lender specializing in mid-market real estate funding across residential, mixed-use, and commercial assets in the UK.
Our team is expanding and we are moving to a new office in November. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Office Manager to join us on this new venture and support the growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager / Receptionist role based in London's West End. The role involves managing front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. The Office Manager / Receptionist will coordinate meeting rooms, maintain office supplies, oversee office equipment, and ensure a professional, well-organized workspace. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the team, preparing basic correspondence and documents, and maintaining records and filing systems. The role also includes delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, liaising with building management and vendors, and supporting ad hoc office administration tasks as needed.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Comfort working with Office Equipment and basic IT tools (multi-line phones, printers, scanners, MS Office or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an office manager, receptionist, or front-of-house role, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Right to work in the UK; professional presentation and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
