Office Manager | Marketing Services Group | Central London | £40,000 – £45,000
Are you the person who keeps everything running, and the person everyone wants to sit next to?
We are working with a fast-growing marketing services group to find an Office Manager for its Central London office. The group is made up of several businesses, each with its own identity, and has grown a lot in recent years. Its London office is a busy hub for more than 100 people.
They want someone to own the office. That means making it run smoothly, making it a great place to work, and making sure every visitor leaves with a great first impression.
What you’ll be doing
- Running the office day to day: suppliers, contractors and facilities, and fixing problems before anyone notices them
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with diaries, expenses, travel and ad hoc requests
- Driving the office culture, planning company socials and managing the industry events calendar
- Owning internal communications so everyone knows what’s going on across the group
- Welcoming clients and guests, and helping the wider team with travel, bookings and HR admin
- Coming up with new ideas to improve the workplace and seeing them through, even when not everyone agrees at first

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
