About the role

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring a safe, well-organised and supporting working environment. The role enables employees and leadership to focus on their work by managing facilities, office services, processes and operational standards.

Shifts

  • Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Experience managing suppliers and budgets.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
