🚀 Office & Operations Manager / EA | Mayfair | 5 days in office | £40–50k + bonus & bens
Are you an Office Manager, Team Assistant, EA or office all-rounder who has been the person wearing many hats and is ready to take the next step?
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive all-rounder to take ownership of a busy, high-quality London office and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility across office operations, facilities, suppliers, budgets and executive support.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Running the day-to-day office and facilities operation
- Managing suppliers, contractors, building relationships and procurement
- Supporting office budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and costs
- Overseeing onboarding, access, IT, meeting rooms and workplace services
- Supporting the CFO and senior leadership team with projects, meetings and business-critical administration
- Driving improvements and ensuring the office operates to a high standard
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Polished, professional and well presented, with experience in a corporate environment
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
- A confident communicator who is comfortable with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, solutions-focused and happy to get stuck in
- Keen to develop their career in Office Management & Operations
