Office Manager – About the role:

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring day to day operations management runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is varied and combines office management, administration, facilities coordination, and business support, working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A crucial piece of the business puzzle, you can play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

Key points:

  • Progressive experience in an administrative capacity, including supporting boards of directors, and senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, editing, and proofreading
  • Intermediate knowledge of business systems and software; adept at learning new software & systems and adapting them to business case use
