Office Manager – Maternity Cover (6 months)

Cramer & Bell | 3 days per week (flexible across 5) | Remotely | Salary: based on experience

Cramer & Bell is a London-based art consultancy practice founded by Bella Cramer and Daisy Bell. We specialise in sourcing original artworks to transform spaces – from private homes and residential developments to hotels and restaurants. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis.

We are looking for someone who has experience as an EA or office manager who takes genuine ownership of the things they are responsible for, works independently and brings calm and order to a fast-moving creative environment.

The Role

You will be the operational backbone of the studio, keeping the finances, the diaries, the inbox and the office running smoothly so that the creative team can focus on what they do best. You will work closely with the two founders and support the wider team with day-to-day admin as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Managing financial payments; processing supplier invoices, coordinating with our accountants, keeping on top of what is due in and out
  • Finance reporting on Xero: producing and distributing the monthly revenue report (full briefing provided)
  • Diary management for the founders: scheduling meetings, managing priorities, keeping things organised across a busy week
  • Managing the C&B studio inbox: fielding emails, triaging enquiries, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • AML compliance: supporting the business with anti-money laundering checks and record-keeping in line with our obligations
  • Office supplies and studio upkeep: ordering what is needed, keeping the office running without anyone having to ask
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc admin: the art consultants and project manager will occasionally need help with coordination, logistics and document preparation
