HYROX Office Manager (m/f/d) UK Entity

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. As Office Manager (m/f/d) at our UK Entity you will independently lead our office operations, handle key administrative tasks and manage our upcoming office move. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office Relocation Project Management: Serve as the main project manager for our upcoming office move, taking complete end-to-end ownership from planning and logistics through to workspace buildout, kitting, and launch.
  • Office Operations: Self-sufficiently manage daily office operations, procurement workflows, and ad hoc tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and seamless workplace environment.
  • Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for building facilities, external service providers, suppliers, and maintenance teams to ensure high operational standards and swift problem resolution.
  • Workplace Culture: Act as an internal culture and employee experience ambassador, curating a dynamic, welcoming environment that naturally inspires team connection, collaboration, and a vibrant in-office community.
  • People & Operational Support: Function as the go-to contact for all office-related needs, including meeting room allocations and preparations for internal team meetings

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Office Management, Team Administration, or Workplace Operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Proven, hands-on track record in coordinating and managing an end-to-end office move project, including setup, layout coordination, and vendor negotiations.
  • Administrative Skills: Experienced in supporting administrative and finance-related tasks (e.g., invoice processing, office budgeting, document management) with high accuracy.
  • Mindset: Highly independent, organized, and proactive mindset with the capability to run an office smoothly and establish new processes completely from scratch.
  • People Skills: High emotional intelligence and an energetic personality with a natural ability to foster team connection and build an inviting workplace culture.
  • Availability: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in the office (part-time models with a full 5-day presence can also be considered).
  • Language Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
