A well-established and personable organisation based in Bristol is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of office operations, support senior management and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Your new role
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting a range of administrative, operational and customer-focused activities. Key duties will include:
- Overseeing daily office operations and facilities management
- Managing office supplies, equipment and supplier relationships
- Coordinating vehicle and fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs and compliance records
- Organising meetings, calendars, correspondence and office documentation
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Supporting onboarding activities and general HR administration
- Processing invoices, expenses and basic financial administration
- Maintaining compliance, health & safety and company records
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Administrator position
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
