OFFICE MANAGER (Part time – 3 days per week)

Rendall & Rittner

Competitive

Hybrid - London

Role Overview

You will be the heartbeat of our London offices, creating a smooth, welcoming and productive environment for colleagues, clients and visitors. As a part-time Office Manager working three days per week (days to be agreed), you will balance hands-on coordination with forward planning, ensuring the office runs like clockwork while supporting a culture where people can do their best work.

From facilities and supplier management to health and safety compliance, onboarding logistics and team events, you will bring structure, clarity and calm to busy days. You will partner closely with leaders and support teams, using your judgment to prioritise what matters, solve problems quickly and continuously improve how the office operates.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will own the day-to-day running of the office: coordinating facilities, managing suppliers and budgets, maintaining H&S standards, and being the go-to person for all office queries. You will plan ahead, spot issues before they escalate, and keep stakeholders informed. You will create a warm, professional front-of-house experience while keeping back-of-house operations efficient and compliant.

What Success Looks Like

  • A consistently smooth, safe and well-presented office where colleagues and visitors feel welcome and supported.
  • Clear processes that reduce friction, cut costs where sensible, and improve service from suppliers.
  • Office queries resolved quickly, with proactive communication and minimal escalation.
  • Accurate H&S records, timely checks and actions, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Well-executed meetings, events and onboarding logistics that run to time and budget.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders who trust your judgment and value your reliability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
