Office Manager

Concrete Repairs Limited – Mitcham

Full Time | Permanent

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our Mitcham office and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the regional administration function. The role reports to the Regional Manager and involves managing the administration team while supporting the wider regional business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the regional office
  • Support and coordinate the administration team
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and senior team
  • Oversee filing, archiving, purchase orders, invoices and office records
  • Liaise with Payroll, Accounts, operational teams and suppliers
  • Manage office facilities, vehicle hire and subcontractor records
  • Support reports, site documentation and tender submissions
  • Help improve and streamline administrative processes

About You

You will have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and experience supporting or managing an administration team. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, with previous experience in the construction sector preferred.
