Office Manager / Administrator

Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Office based

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, ambitious business where you'll play a key role in keeping the office, customers and wider team organised and supported. You'll be joining a business that values being REAL, OBSESSED and BOLD - taking ownership, caring about the detail and always looking for ways to do things better. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work and don't need to be told what to do next, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is what you'll be doing

As the Office Manager / Administrator, you'll be the person helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly. Working closely with the wider team, you'll take ownership of:

  • Customer support, acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email and online enquiries, dealing with order queries, delivery updates, returns and general questions while making sure issues are followed through.
  • Office management, keeping everything behind the scenes running efficiently, from stationery and supplies to post, couriers, visitors, facilities and general office requirements.
  • General administration, maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding administration, keeping holiday and absence records up to date and preparing documents and reports when required.
  • Coordinating samples and events, working closely with the warehouse team to organise sample deliveries, event equipment and sponsorship shipments, ensuring everything is tracked and delivered where it needs to be.
  • Supporting the wider business, working across different teams and priorities to make sure information is communicated effectively and tasks are completed on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
