An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Private Equity firm in the heart of the West End. This 10-month fixed-term role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing EA and office support experience and gain exposure within the Private Equity sector.
You’ll support senior executives while playing an important role in keeping the wider office running smoothly. We’re looking for someone bright, proactive, and personable, with some previous experience in an EA, PA, Team Assistant, or office support role, ideally within financial or professional services.

The Role:
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, including international travel.
- Help oversee the day-to-day running of the office, keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure everything is prepared ahead of time.
- Liaise with external suppliers and office service providers.
- Support with team events, internal meetings, and wider company activities.
- Get involved across the business, taking on additional responsibilities as you grow into the role.

About You:
- 1–2 years’ experience within an EA, PA, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar support role.
- Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage different priorities.
- Some experience coordinating diaries and meetings, with a willingness to develop these skills further.
- Proactive, hands-on, and happy to use your initiative.
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and keen to develop your career within a fast-paced environment.
