Office Manager/Events Executive
London | Full-Time | Office-Based
Are you a highly organised Office Manager with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments where no two days are the same?
We're partnering with a leading digital media business with an international presence globally to become the heartbeat of their London headquarters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative business where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering memorable internal events that bring employees together.
The Role
Reporting into the leadership team you will be responsible for creating an engaging, productive and welcoming workplace environment, whilst leading the planning and execution of company events, employee socials and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the London office
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and building management
- Coordinating office facilities, health & safety, maintenance and workplace services
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and supplier management
- Planning and delivering internal events including company celebrations, seasonal parties, town halls and employee engagement activities
- Coordinating catering, refreshments and logistics for meetings and events
- Supporting employee recognition and awards programmes
- Arranging travel, accommodation and transport when required
- Managing office supplies, deliveries, post and courier services
- Providing administrative support to senior stakeholders as needed
- Championing a positive workplace culture and employee experience

About You
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, Events Executive or similar role
- Proven track record of organising internal events, employee engagement initiatives and office-based activities
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working within a fast-paced international business would be advantageous
