About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Office Operations Assistant to join their growing remote team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, administrators, customer service professionals, and career changers looking to build a career in office operations and business support.

As an Office Operations Assistant, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business operations by supporting administration, coordinating internal processes, and working closely with teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and team schedules.
  • Maintain digital records, databases, and company documentation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
  • Support internal projects and operational activities.
  • Process data accurately and maintain confidential information.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally.
  • Assist with document management and workflow coordination.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Previous administration, office support, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is beneficial.
  • No previous office operations experience required – full training provided.
