About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Associate to support the smooth running of the Rise office by managing day-to-day facility operations, administration, and logistics. The role ensures the workspace is functional, safe, well-maintained, and conducive for staff productivity.
What You’ll Do:
1. Facility & Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and utility services.
- Work with vendors, technicians, and contractors to maintain and repair building systems and equipment.
- Manage facility operations such as parking, waste disposal, and cleaning schedules.
- Carry out minor renovation, upgrade, or repair projects.
2. Administration & Record Management
- Maintain accurate financial and non-financial records, including procurement logs, repairs, and asset registers.
- Track and monitor facility-related assets (laptops, furniture, IT equipment).
- Assign and retrieve office laptops; coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Keep organized vendor and contractor records and maintain good relationships.

3. Procurement & Logistics
- Oversee procurement and distribution of office supplies, snacks, event materials, and merchandise.
- Coordinate dispatch logistics for inter-city deliveries.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and working with the Finance team on facility- and admin-related costs.
4. Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with government officials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent Rise in engagements with community stakeholders.
- Support implementation of health, safety, and regulatory procedures.
5. Workplace Experience & Culture Support
- Support the planning and execution of internal culture events and team activities.
- Assist in implementing energy-saving and operational efficiency strategies.
- Track and analyze facility performance data to recommend improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience in office operations, administration, facilities, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with vendors, technicians, and external agencies.
- Basic understanding of facility systems (power, utilities, equipment) is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools for record keeping and task tracking.
- Resides within a reasonable commute to the office to handle urgent operational needs.
