Office & Operations Coordinator

London | Office-Based
5 days a week onsite
£30,000 - £40,000 plus a very attractive benefits package

This is a truly multifaceted role where no two days are the same. You'll be based on reception and you'll play a vital part in keeping the office running seamlessly, supporting facilities and operations, coordinating administration, assisting with workplace health & safety initiatives and delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience for employees and visitors alike.

We're looking for someone who is bright, switched on and eager to learn, with a natural ability to juggle multiple priorities and build strong relationships across the business. You'll be confident working with data, systems and reporting, with strong Excel skills and excellent overall computer literacy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating office operations and workplace administration
  • Supporting health & safety processes, compliance records and wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing office supplies, stock levels and supplier relationships
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Supporting meeting room management, visitor coordination and front-of-house duties
  • Processing invoices and maintaining operational records
  • Helping to organise office events, catering and employee engagement activities
  • Providing administrative support across various business functions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and happy to take ownership
  • Professional, personable and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage competing priorities
  • Experience within office coordination, administration, operations, facilities or a similar support role
