We're hiring a Property Manager / Office Administrator — Prime Collection, Fitzrovia

Prime Collection is a lettings and sales agency based on Hanson Street in Fitzrovia, with properties across prime central London. We're looking for someone to run our lettings administration properly and keep the office functioning day to day.

It's a genuinely hybrid role, not a title dressed up to make one job sound like three. You'd be handling the tenancy side: referencing, renewals, deposit registration, the compliance paperwork that actually keeps a landlord out of trouble (gas safety, EICR, EPC), and you'd be the person tenants and landlords call when something needs sorting. Alongside that, you're running the office itself: contractors, rent accounts and arrears, systems, the stuff that has to happen for everything else to work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We need someone with 1–3 years in lettings or property admin, who's organised without needing to be told to be organised, writes and speaks like a professional (you're dealing directly with landlords), and doesn't fall apart when three things go wrong at once. Knowing UK lettings law already is a plus but not a dealbreaker — we'll train the right person.
