Job Title: General Office and Reprographics Assistant
A top international law firm in London is looking for a General Office and Reprographics Assistant to join a close-knit team of four. If you have 12-18 months under your belt and you are ready for your second role, this is a brilliant step up.
What you will be doing
- Providing a friendly, efficient post and print room service to lawyers and business services colleagues
- Producing court bundles with tabbing and complex indexes
- Running Fiery-driven multifunction printers and finishing documents with strip, coil and Velobind binding
- Creating and managing PDFs using Fox IT
- Sorting Royal Mail, DX and internal post, booking couriers and handling loading bay deliveries
- Supporting the Helpdesk and the Facilities team, including the odd office or desk move
- Handling original and confidential legal documents with care

What you will bring
- Around 12-18 months of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Excel, PDF, Word and Outlook
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay calm against tight client and court deadlines
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a real appetite to learn
- Experience with high-volume print and binding equipment or BigHand would be a bonus
