Office Services Assistant
We’re looking for a polished and self-motivated Office Services Assistant to join one of our busy renowned UK law firm clients – this is a brilliant opportunity that could open doors to a long term career within the legal sector!
What’s On Offer:
- Salary to £31,500
- Office based
- 8-hour shift between 8am – 6pm

Office Services Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Opening and distributing mail and internal mail within set timescales, including distributing newspapers, magazines and periodicals
- Photocopying, scanning, binding and document preparation
- Preparing and presenting documents and bundles
- Coordinating archiving, storage and retrieval
- Managing stationery stock, ordering and distribution
- Booking and logging couriers
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Basic maintenance and furniture assembly

Office Services Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

- Previous administrative experience within a law firm or professional services is desirable
- Excellent academics
- Focus on producing high quality work with good attention to detail
- Strong ability to work under pressure handling a busy support role
- Good IT skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new system
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy boxes
