About CleanMy
CleanMy is a friendly, family-run business and a leading independent supplier of cleaning, hygiene, janitorial and PPE products. Based in Hereford, we've been supporting businesses since 1970 and pride ourselves on great customer service and a friendly, supportive working environment.
The Role
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied Office & Marketing Support role.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role they can really develop and grow into. You'll work across different areas of the business, supporting our sales and marketing teams as well as helping with general customer service and administration.
A key part of the role will be supporting our marketing department with the ongoing maintenance of our website and product information. This could include adding and updating products, maintaining product descriptions and specifications, uploading technical documents and helping make sure the information our customers see online is accurate and up to date.
You'll also help our sales team with customer enquiries, orders and administration, and look after a small portfolio of existing customer accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
