We are recruiting for an Officer - Projects Support to join the Help to Buy Equity Loans Transformation Programme, one of Homes England’s most significant service transformation initiatives.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile, fast-paced programme reshaping how one of the country’s largest residential loan portfolios is operated. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on strengthening service integrity, reducing operational and financial risk, and improving customer outcomes.
Job Description
As an Officer - Projects Support, you will be responsible for applying robust PMO controls, strengthening programme discipline, improving delivery control, and enabling informed decision making across a multi-year transformation. You will maintain the structures, data, and processes that enable effective governance, assurance, risk management, reporting, and decision-making.
You will work closely with colleagues across the Programme, as well as external delivery partners, helping ensure the programme is well-coordinated, evidence-based, and value-for-money focused.
Person Specification
You will provide high-quality PMO and delivery support across the programme, enabling effective governance and reliable decision-making.
You Will Be
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach.
- Proactive in identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working at pace.
- Able to analyse information, spot inconsistencies, and communicate implications clearly.
- Confident working with a broad range of stakeholders and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Skilled at maintaining order using templates, processes, registers, logs, documentation, and controls.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
