Key Responsibilities
Office Based
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Respond to customer questions
- Take customer orders
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Yard Based
- Off-loading deliveries with forklift truck
- Locate and pick correct orders
- Load customers’ vehicles safely
- Assist with general yard duties
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock

- Forklift licence

- Monday to Thursday, 08:00am – 16:30pm
- Friday, 08:00 – 15:30pm
- No weekends
- 39 hours per week
- 30-minute lunch break
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
