Caledonia is a marketing company based in Edinburgh, working with a range of clients to help increase brand awareness and customer engagement through face-to-face marketing campaigns.
We’re a collaborative, target-focused team that values communication, professionalism and continuous development. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Edinburgh team.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Offline Marketing Assistant to support our client marketing campaigns.
The role involves representing client brands through face-to-face marketing activities, engaging directly with members of the public and helping deliver professional customer experiences. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and receive training and ongoing support.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their communication, marketing and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Engage with customers and communicate key brand messages clearly
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to achieve campaign objectives
- Build positive relationships with customers and members of the public
- Monitor daily and weekly performance against agreed targets
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a professional approach when representing clients and their brands
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence when speaking with people face-to-face
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous marketing or sales experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
