About Caledonia Group
In a world where marketing is becoming increasingly digital, we believe there is still huge value in real human connection.
Consumers are constantly exposed to online advertising, automated messages and digital campaigns. What continues to stand out is the opportunity for brands to create genuine relationships through face-to-face engagement.
Caledonia Group specialises in offline, face-to-face marketing, helping established brands connect directly with their customers and create experiences that digital marketing simply cannot replicate.
We are now focused on expanding our client portfolio across Scotland, the wider UK and eventually international markets. To achieve that, we’re looking for ambitious people who want to develop alongside the business and take on greater responsibility as we grow.
The Role
Our Graduate Management Trainee programme is designed for people who are hungry to develop, learn quickly and build a long-term career.
You will start by gaining hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing and campaign delivery before developing skills across areas such as team development, client management, business operations and leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
