Contract Assignment to End of 2026 - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Quality Inspector / Client Representative to support offshore installation activities on the EA3 Offshore Wind Farm. The successful candidate will act as the client's quality representative, overseeing contractor quality performance during the installation of Monopile Foundations, Transition Pieces and Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), ensuring works are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality oversight of offshore installation activities for monopiles, transition pieces and WTGs.
- Monitor contractor compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications and approved methodologies.
- Review quality documentation, including welding, coating, bolting, lifting and installation records.
- Witness key construction and installation activities where required.
- Monitor and track NCRs, punch items and corrective actions through to close out.
- Produce surveillance reports and communicate quality concerns to project stakeholders.
- Interface with contractors, vessel teams and project quality management personnel to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
- Support project readiness, handover and completion activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a QA/QC, Quality Surveillance or Client Representative role within Offshore Wind.
- Previous experience with the installation of monopiles, transition pieces and/or wind turbine generators.
- Mechanical inspection background.
- Strong understanding of offshore construction quality processes and documentation.
- Valid GWO, OGUK Medical and BOSIET certification.
