Cammach are currently recruiting for an Offshore Drilling Safety Advisor to join a leading Oil & Gas Operator on a contract basis in the UK North Sea (UKCS), working a 3/3 offshore rotation on an Agency Worker / PAYE basis.

- Strong experience in an offshore Drilling / Wells HSE or Safety Advisor role.
- Recent experience working within UK North Sea / UKCS drilling operations.
- Strong operational drilling safety knowledge, including casing operations, heavy lifts, rig skidding, anchor handling and other critical well operations.
- Experience with SIMOPS and monitoring activities within Well Operations Areas.
- Strong knowledge of Risk Assessments, JRA/JHA, Toolbox Talks, Permit to Work / Work Control and operational safety procedures.
- Experience conducting incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis, near-miss reporting and action close-out.
- Confident carrying out rig safety inspections, audits, hazard hunts and behavioural safety observations.
- Able to challenge unsafe practices and exercise Stop Work Authority when required.
- Experience preparing weekly SHE/HSE reports and maintaining safety action trackers.
- Experience with Synergi or similar HSE incident/reporting systems would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage effectively with drilling crews, contractors, supervisors and offshore management.
- Current offshore certification, including BOSIET/FOET, OEUK Medical and MIST, as applicable.
