About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a OEM Manager within our busy Gas Turbines (GT) division. The OEM Account Manager is the main focal point to key OEMs as the main focal point to enable business development to grow Score Gas Turbine scope within these accounts which would include product manufacturing and services. This global role is the interface to the rest of the GT business to ensure we can deliver on these customer expectations and build a strong relationship for the long term.
As this role is a global interface, ability to travel will be required.
Primary Responsibilities
- OEM segmentation to prioritise opportunities to increase revenues and margins with identified key OEMs accounts
- Provide regular quarterly updates on key opportunities for growth with these identified key OEMs
- Work across operations and project teams to ensure agreed KPIs are achieved for the key OEMs
- Develop growth strategy plans for next 3-5 years on how Score can develop and grow revenue/margin with key OEMs
- Leadership across the Score Group on potential value propositions across the Score portfolio
- Provide technical advice and leadership on requests for product opportunities to the Score Functions e.g. engineering
- Provide subject matter expert market analysis on key markets for the Score GT business which provide input to the GT business strategy
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- Existing experience in the GT market and current or recent history working for a recognised OEM GT manufacture supplier such as GE, BH, GE Vernova, MHI etc
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills are essential
- Demonstrable experience in successful commercial negotiations is essential
- Strong knowledge and experience on contractual terms and negotiating high value contracts
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills are essential
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to make appropriate business decisions is preferred
- Good communication, organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to motivate, lead and influence others
Experience
- Proven experience of working in a Commercial/Sales role is required
