Are you experienced in subsea cutting and decommissioning and ready to take your skills to the next level with an industry leader in subsea technologies and offshore operations?
At Ashtead Technology, we are seeking driven professionals to join our Mechanical Solutions division, operating cutting-edge subsea cutting, dredging, and cleaning equipment on offshore projects. You'll also support our (Lifting, Pulling and Deployment (LP) and pumping operations, as required, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of specialist Mechanical Solutions on projects worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
- Safely operating subsea cutting and dredging tools at offshore client worksites and ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out and documented as required
- Carrying out functional testing, maintenance, and repairs based on project requirements
- Mobilising offshore to international project locations as required to support the delivery of global customer projects.
- Completing all required documentation for offshore work, including but not limited to maintenance reports, project reports, cutting logs, timesheets, expenses, customer satisfaction, damage reports, and preventive actions, in a timely manner
- Providing support within the Mechanical Solutions workshop for pre and post mobilisation activities, as required.

What experience you'll bring
- Significant previous experience in operating subsea, cutting, dredging, and cleaning tools with abrasive experience.
- Previous involvement in IRM and decommissioning projects.
- Experience in undertaking repair, maintenance and testing in a subsea environment.
- Experience working with LPD and pumping equipment beneficial.
- Supervisory experience in an offshore environment.
- Problem-solving capabilities as a strong team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
