Join a team where precision, expertise, and hands-on problem solving drive success. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring equipment is expertly set up, installed, and commissioned on site, while operating a range of Lifting, Pulling and Deployment equipment safely and efficiently.

Due to the global nature of our operations, this role involves international travel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting up, installing, and commissioning equipment on site - ensuring everything is checked, configured, and ready to perform from day one.
  • Operating and maintaining a range of LPD equipment and winch systems safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic and electrical equipment, from fault finding through to full strip-down, rebuild, testing, and reporting.
  • Interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and PLC systems to support effective operation, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance, including correct PPE use, risk assessments, pre-start checks, and timely incident reporting.
  • Taking ownership of documentation offshore - completing and submitting reports, timesheets, fault logs, and supporting materials accurately and on time.
  • Working closely with clients on site, representing the business professionally, understanding their requirements, and building strong working relationships.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying equipment issues, suggesting modifications, and contributing to future work scopes through detailed reporting.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Recognised apprenticeship or qualification preferably in Hydraulic or Electrical discipline, Mechanical also considered.
  • Offshore Survival Certification.
  • Radio Communication Training Course and Active Heave Awareness.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whether individually or as part of a team.
  • Other certifications including GWO Training, Rigger Stage 1, Working at Height and Seamans Card or Book advantageous.
  • Supervisory experience also beneficial.
