The successful candidate will work alongside Offshore Leaders, Supervisors, Planners, Schedulers and Operations personnel to help establish the behaviours, disciplines and routines necessary to consistently deliver effective work management, activity readiness and schedule execution.
The role will require an offshore presence, coaching teams in the field, observing current practices, reinforcing expectations and helping leaders create a culture where work is planned, prepared, scheduled and executed in a disciplined and predictable manner.
The objective is to improve work readiness, schedule compliance, execution efficiency and workforce productivity through practical coaching and leadership engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Coach offshore leaders in the practical application of Work Management and Activity Planning processes
- Support the development of consistent planning, preparation and scheduling behaviours offshore
- Work closely with OIMs, Production Team Leads, Maintenance Team Leads, Supervisors and Site Schedulers
- Reinforce readiness-based decision making and planning discipline
- Drive greater focus on work quality, planning quality and execution readiness
- Support effective validation, prioritisation and backlog management practices
- Observe and challenge behaviours that undermine schedule stability and execution performance
- Coach supervisors in the use of approved schedules as execution management tools
- Improve understanding of work readiness, constraint management and schedule commitment
- Facilitate discussions around barriers to execution and identify practical improvement opportunities
- Support the development of effective daily, weekly and planning horizon review routines
- Act as a trusted advisor to offshore leadership teams during the embedding period
- Identify capability gaps and recommend sustainable improvement actions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
