Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Offshore Worker role based in Arbroath. The Offshore Worker will assist with the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment used in offshore activities, following established safety and operational procedures. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Supporting loading and unloading operations
- Handling tools and materials
- Performing routine inspections
- Reporting any issues or hazards to supervisors

Qualifications
- Ability to operate or support the operation of industrial or marine machinery, with strong attention to safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Capacity to work in physically demanding offshore environments, including standing for long periods, lifting moderate loads, and working at height or in confined spaces when required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow clear instructions and coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic record-keeping and problem-solving abilities, including logging activities, noting equipment issues, and assisting with troubleshooting under guidance.
- Willingness to adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and to participate in ongoing training and certification as required.
- Prior offshore, marine, or industrial experience is beneficial; relevant technical or vocational training in mechanical, marine, or industrial fields is an advantage.
- Valid certifications for offshore work (such as basic offshore safety and survival training) are preferred, and the ability to obtain required clearances and medical fitness for offshore duties is essential.
