We have an exciting new opportunity for an Offsite Standardisation Manager, with electrical/mechanical bias, to join our team based ideally in Leeds, although we would be open to other locations.

In this role you will lead the development, implementation and adoption of standardised offsite (OSM) products across the business.

The role will work across central technical, offsite manufacturing (OSM), design, estimating and project delivery teams within the Built Environment and Freedom to ensure that standardised solutions are developed collaboratively, embedded within designs, incorporated into tender strategies, and consistently delivered on site.

This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Demonstrate appropriate health and safety leadership to ensure the safety first and foremost message is visible and alive throughout all activities
  • Lead the identification, development and continuous improvement of standardised offsite products in collaboration with OSM and the project teams
  • Ensure products are aligned with business strategy, repeatability targets and sector needs. Establish a structured product roadmap and governance for approval and evolution
  • Liaise with internal and external designers to ensure standardised products are incorporated into designs where appropriate
  • Challenge traditional design approaches and promote design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) principles
  • Work with the BIM team to ensure all standardised products are modelled, coordinated and maintained within the Revit library. Ensure consistency of information, naming conventions and data structures to support efficient design and delivery
  • Work with the pre-construction and estimating teams to ensure standardised products are incorporated into tender solutions, cost models and programmes.
  • Support project teams to ensure standardised products are adopted during deliver of projects, addressing any barriers to implementation, and ensuring alignment between design intent and site execution
  • Capture learning from products and feedback to product development. Identify opportunities to expand the product suite and improve adoption rates
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies in offsite manufacturing and DFMA. Identify opportunities to enhance the business offering and maintain competitive advantage
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with all stakeholders to support the development and adoption of standardised products. Engage key stakeholders early and throughout to ensure alignment. Encourage contribution from the project teams and drive business buy in through strong communication and influencing skills
  • Act as the central point for offsite standardisation, facilitating communication, resolving challenges and ensuring consistent application of agreed solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
