🚀 HIRING: Senior OFSAA FSDF & Financial Data Specialist 🚀 📍 Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid) 💼 Experience: 10+ Years 🏦 Core Banking: Mandatory
We are looking for a Senior OFSAA FSDF & Financial Data Specialist with strong experience in OFSAA FSDF, Core Banking and Financial Data Transformation.
🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on knowledge of OFSAA FSDF data model and source-to-target mapping.
- Experience mapping core banking data into FSDF entities and attributes.
- Strong understanding of customer, account, product, transaction, and balance data.
- Experience with CASA, deposits, overdrafts, lending, interest, fees, and accruals.
- Knowledge of EOD, month-end, accounting, and financial reconciliation.
- Identify FSDF readiness, mandatory-field, and reference-data gaps.
- Define transformation requirements across FDP, Feature FDP, and CDP.
- Experience with financial controls, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Finance, Core Banking, FSDF, and Data SMEs to resolve complex issues.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

🎯 Mandatory Experience
- 10+ years in banking data / OFSAA / financial-data transformation
- Practical OFSAA FSDF experience
- Strong Core Banking knowledge
- Financial accounting & reconciliation experience
- Source-to-FSDF mapping experience
- Banking product & transaction lifecycle knowledge
