Registered Manager

Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
South East London | Competitive Salary + Benefits
3-Bed Home | Established Service

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up, looking for the chance to lead an already-registered home into its next chapter of stability, quality, and growth?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established 3-bed EBD home with a committed staff team, strong organizational backing, and an interim manager already in place to support a smooth transition. The home is ready for a confident, child-centred leader who can bring consistency, direction, and ambition.

If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes and have experience navigating Ofsted inspections, this role offers the autonomy, support, and platform to make a genuine impact.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Established, registered home — no setup phase, no registration delays
  • Stabilisation focus — ideal for a manager who thrives on improving culture, practice, and outcomes
  • Strong staffing base — permanent and bank Support Workers already in post
  • 3-bed model — 2 children are very settled and a 3rd awaiting placement
  • Interim manager in place — ensuring continuity and support during handover
  • Open to strong Deputies / Team Leaders stepping up — if you’ve led teams and been through Ofsted, you’ll be considered

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
