OFSTED Registered Manager
Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Dover)
About the Role
We are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a new children’s home located on the outskirts of Dover.
This role will be within an established business of over 20 years, specialising in complex care for adults and children across the Southeast.
The création of this new children’s home responds to paediatric clients requiring residential services to:
- Extend our current offering
- Enable children to remain close to their families
- Deliver high-quality care tailored to their needs
The home will accommodate 3 to 4 children with complex physical needs, supported by an extensive operational team, including paediatric nurse managers.

Requirements
To excel in this role, we require:
- Extensive experience managing an OFSTED-registered home with a good or outstanding rating
- Level 3 Qualification in Children’s Residential Care
- Preferred: Level 5 in Leadership & Management (if applicable)
- Strong commercial and operational experience
- Experience setting up new children’s homes (advantageous but not essential)
- A strong commitment to delivering quality care aligned with high-patient standards
- Clinical background (desirable but not mandatory)
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship unavailable)
- A full UK driving licence
