Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Walsall, WS1
Salary: £51,500 to £60,000 per annum
Welcome Bonus: £7,500
Full Time, Permanent
37.5 hours per week
Are you an experienced children's residential care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's residential home in Walsall, supporting young people aged 8 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a well-resourced service where you can lead and develop your team, drive high standards of care and make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.

The role would suit an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager who has worked within an Ofsted-regulated children's residential setting and is ready to progress. You will need strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, alongside experience of EBD, team leadership, care planning, risk management and preparing for Ofsted inspections.

The package includes a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus an attractive £7,500 welcome bonus, ongoing professional development and opportunities for career progression.
