Ofsted Registration Consultant
Nottingham | £60,000 | Hybrid Working
You've Registered Homes. Now Help Others Do It.
Most people who've been through an Ofsted registration once wouldn't choose to do it again.
You know what it's like.
- The paperwork.
- The interviews.
- The endless follow-ups.
- The pressure of getting everything right.
But you also know the feeling when that registration comes through and a new service can finally open its doors.
That's where this role is different.
At Delphi Care Solutions, we help providers across the country navigate the Ofsted registration process and build services that give children the care and support they deserve.
As demand for our consultancy services continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can bring credibility, practical experience, and strong relationship-building skills to our expanding Ofsted division.
This Isn't Just Another Compliance Role
You won't be sitting behind a desk ticking boxes.
You'll work directly with providers, Registered Managers, and Responsible Individuals, helping them move from early planning through to successful registration.
You'll become the person clients pick up the phone to when they're unsure what to do next.
The person who keeps registrations moving.
The person who helps turn ideas into fully functioning services.
From brand-new children's homes and supported accommodation settings to established providers looking to grow, you'll play a key role in helping clients get things right from the very beginning.
The Role
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, supporting them through every stage of the registration process.
One day you may be reviewing a Statement of Purpose.
The next, you could be preparing a Registered Manager for interview, helping a client deal with a regulatory challenge, or supporting a provider who is opening their very first children's home.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
