Location: Nearest Müller Milk & Ingredients site
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday (40 hours)

We are recruiting for an Occupational Health Clinical Administrator to support The Occupational Health team in managing medical data across Müller UK & Ireland and to ensure a seamless and timely provision of medical advice and legal compliance is achieved.

What you’ll do:
- Assist the Practice Manager to manage, process, and protect all medical data adhering to the Data Protection Act and GDPR and under Medical Ethics of GMC/FOM, NMC.
- Deal with all information in a confidential manner whether this be by email, letter, or phone.
- Deal with enquiries from all areas of the business relating to OH activity and direct enquiries to the correct area.
- Process Health Referrals ensuring accurate matching within the medical database.
- Scan and attach data into the medical database.
- Maintain the medical archive as per policy process.
- Manage file requests from solicitors and employees upon authorisation of the clinical team and legal and insurance teams.
- Coach and support the wider business as they learn our processes; understand data confidentiality and be able to convey this to the wider business.
- Be clear on functional targets and how our service contributes to this, be clear on OH and H&S goals.
- Chase medical reports and patient consents.
- Work within the wider OH service with a view towards continuous improvements which includes clinical governance, standards, and audit.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Process payments for treatment providers.
