Location: Remote (UK-based)

About OHMI Trust

The OHMI Trust is a charitable organisation dedicated to creating opportunities for disabled musicians by supporting the development and adaptation of musical instruments and advocating for inclusivity within music-making. We work with musicians, instrument makers, educators, and partners across the UK and internationally to remove barriers to participation in music.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the financial management of the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working independently and contributing to the success of a purpose-driven organisation.

Working remotely, with occasional in person team meetings, and reporting to the General Manager and Trustees, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the charity, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with charity and accounting regulations, and providing timely financial information to support decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
