The Oil & Mist Strategic Market Manager
The Oil & Mist Strategic Market Manager will lead the strategic development and expansion of the company’s filtration offering within the Oil Mist and Machining market across the EMEA region. Remote based role located in UK but coverage of European region Countries. While the organisation is a highly respected, and well known as Dust & Fume filtration, this specific market segment represents a significant growth opportunity.
This role carries end-to-end responsibility for defining and driving the strategic focus for filtration solutions in the Oil Mist market, including the introduction of both current and new products, development of a sustainable customer base, and delivery of profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the EMEA strategy for filtration solutions in the Oil Mist and Machining market
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, customers, and applications to drive sales growth and market share expansion
- Introduce and commercialise current and new filtration products, ensuring strong market positioning and competitiveness
- Act as the technical and commercial expert for Oil Mist filtration, supporting key customers and complex opportunities
- Work closely with Engineering to develop and adapt products in line with market and customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners across the region
- Support and influence regional sales teams with market insight, application knowledge, and value propositions
- Ensure solutions are technically sound, competitively priced, and commercially profitable
- Monitor customer satisfaction, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously refine strategy

Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to be the subject matter expert for Oil & Mist, with strong commercial and technical knowledge. Success will be measured by the ability to grow sales, expand market share, establish long-term customer relationships, and build a robust pipeline in a market where the company is investing to strengthen its position.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering degree (or equivalent technical qualification)
- Extensive experience in the Oil Mist industry
- Proven experience in senior sales, market management, or business development roles
- Strong technical understanding of Oil Mist and machining applications
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, competitiveness, and profitability
