Your mission

Hello and welcome to Sungrow! We are looking for an O&M Project Manager to connect our customers, local O&M teams and European O&M organisation, helping ensure our energy storage assets consistently deliver on their commitments.

Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Act as the day-to-day customer contact for asset performance, availability, incidents, warranty topics and regular performance meetings.
  • Monitor LTSA and SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments while identifying contractual risks and opportunities early.
  • Support the development and implementation of European O&M processes, SOPs, templates, reporting standards and KPI frameworks.
  • Lead country-by-country process roll-outs, including planning, training, go-lives, adoption tracking and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts, service partners and cross-country initiatives, escalating blockers when needed.
  • Prepare reliable performance reporting and dashboards, turning operational data, customer feedback and lessons learned into improvement projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
